All software licenses are delivered through email as soon as an order is placed on the website, if in any case the order is not received please contact us through the support email provided or on our esteemed discord server.

Redeem Quickly: You need to use your license key within 24 hours after buying it. If you have any problems, tell us right away so we can help.
Expiration: If you don’t use your license key within 60 days, it might not work anymore, and we might not be able to give you a new one.

When You Can Get a Refund: You can get your money back if you can’t use the product even after we try to help you fix the problem.
Effort Required: To get a refund, you need to show that you tried to solve the problem with our support team.
Time Limit: You must ask for a refund within 14 days of buying the product. If you ask after 14 days, we can’t give you a refund.

Exceptions:
While we wish to provide the best service for all our customers, some developers/brands has strict policies which doesnt allow for us to provide any refunds.

Give Details: Provide your order number and explain the issue in detail.
Support First: Our team will try to fix the problem. If we can’t, we’ll give you a refund.
